Debugger增强优化

1.增加safeMode字段接口，设置为true后Debugger.exception不再Throw Exception， 默认为false。
2.增加Log实现接口，方便外部获取Boost相关log信息。

PluginsRegister 不再对外暴露，需要手动注册插件请使用  FlutterBoost.instance().engineProvider().getPlugins().add(new FlutterPlugin());

- add ContainerManagerState test group
- containerCounts should change based on the number of pages

add analysis_options.yaml and fix error
